hi thanks for writing to us
vaginismus can be treated
it is not a rare condition
ejaculation has to take place inside the vagina for the best chances of pregnancy
family history of downs syndrome definetly needs screnning of baby.chances of having a downs syndrome are higher when there is a family history
there are many tests for downs syndrome screening in first trimester
know that these are screening tests not confirmatory
it is better to have a preconceptional councelling with your partner regarding this downs syndrome risk
