Would Lezra Tablets Increase Sperm Count? Is There Any Side Effect?

Hi I am a male, 31 yrs old, married for 6 years, have a kid of 5 yrs but after that there was no pregnancy occurred due to irregular menstrual cycle of my wife, she is under treatment of a local doctor. So one day the doctor asked to check for my sperm count and told us that there are 40% active sperms in me and advised me this lezra tablet 2.5 mg with some multivitamins. Now my question is will it do any good in increasing the sperm rate in me and if there are any side effects...?

Detailed answer:The drug will act by increasing the FSH(follicle stimulating hormone and LH(Luetinizing hormone) from pituitary gland,which helps in improving spermatogenesis(sperm formation),maturation and its survival.There would be no significant side effects other than headache,GI upset etc,which can be avoided with appropriate dosing and precautions.Hope i have answered your query.If any further questions,happy to answer you.Take care.
