Would Bright Green Diarrhoea Affect Pregnancy?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with preterm labor as i was 65% effaced and 1 cm dilated at 33 weeks, I've had diarrhea for the last 2 days and this morning it was a really bright green. I haven't ate.anything to effect it. What could this mean?

hi,diarrhea can accelerate labour.you should start tab duvadilan 10 mg three times a day to avoid premature labour and at the same time start sporolac sachets twice a day for 3 days and tab ciplox 500 mg twcie a day for 5 days.if you still have any pain in the lower abdomen you will have to see your gynaecologist.all the best and take care.
