I have just checked on the chart of my blood pressure monitor and yes it would be a little low. See below : Systolic BP Hypotension 100 Ideal 120 Normal 120-129 Hypertension 140-159 (mild) Hypertension 160-179 (moderate) Hypertension 180-219 (severe) Hypertension 220 (very severe) Hope this helps.
