Worried that I feel so unwell when I am so fit, why ?

Worried that I feel so unwell when I am so fit I am a 40year old woman, I do lots of running, I also eat very healthy, and take vitamins often. For 2 years now I have suffered stomach pains for several months, which I have had them looked at and showed that there was nothing wrong, they seem to have disappear now, however I still getting other symptoms on a regular basis, like my temperature yoyo s up and down, I break up in sweat in the middle of the night at various intervals, I keep getting cold sores, sometimes I have quick heart palpitations, and keep getting colds, I generally feel run down and tired. I have had numerous blood tests all of which shows normal; I have been stressed out as going through a divorce, but apart from the above feel generally happy. I have a full medical in a week’s time just to put my mind to rest but are these just normal signs of stress?

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Your symptoms may be just because of stress or may be you are nearing your menopause which is causing these irregular sweats in the middle of night. Overall there is nothing to worry. Nothing serious.
