Such vitamins when present in excess are removed by the body through urinary excretion . Hence though you have given double dose , it was I understand only a one time accident and will not harm the baby .please do not panic but do take necessary precautions to avoid such mistake in future . Also , remember that if a baby is breastfed, growing well and the mother has a nutritious diet then the baby does not need to take any additional supplements unless doctor suspects a nutritional deficiency .
