Worms Coming Out Of The Skin On The Hand. What Is It?

Hi,we ll today I was in a laundry service,and I felt something that bit my arm and I saw what looked like a very tiny worm it was like white or yellowish and I killed it,I seem these things coming out of my arms several times for the passed 7years.i don t know if its a worm or a lice but it goes into skin aswell they bite and there visible but very tiny..help I m scared and worried??

it can be worm infestation or its just your imagination cos ur complaining past 7yrs.. so i strongly suggest first consult a dermatologist n find the exact cause ..if u r absolutely normal then u need 2 consult a psychiatrist.
