With Hyperthyroidism, Is It Alright To Take One Serving Of Diet Soda?

I just realized that i have an overactive thyroid,and they say i cannot drink diet sodas.I've been drinking it for years,and it helps with my menstral moments If i only drank one caffeinated serving a day,and took natural vitamins for my thyroid,would it still be a problem ?

Good day.
There is absolutely no problem having your favourite soda. CAffenated drinks may make to beat your heart faster and may worsen the problem i you have palpitations due to hyperthyroidism. Otherwise it shouls be okay. Vitamins are okay
. Please meet a dieticin attached to endocrinology department and the will be able to advice you further
