Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Your symptoms can be due to a cardiac cause, gastroesophageal reflux, anxiety or a myofascial syndrome. Proper and detailed investigations are needed to find the cause.Since the cardiac cause has been ruled out, anxiety and myofascial syndrome is likely. Take mild pain killer like tylenol and do deep breathing and relaxing exercises.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
