Windburn, Pain Due To Swollen And Dry Lips. Persistent Swelling Post Using Carmex. Advice?

i have windburns my lips got swollen the past few days and it hurts and it was dry. I went to the doctor and he gave me cream and it sorta worked but i still had windburns so i bought carmex and put iton my lips and the side before i went to sleep. the next morning my lips started hurting again but it wasnt swollen but now the lowerlips seemto be getting bigger.help

Hi swollen and dry lips can be seasonal change due to dryness in many individuals.using caramex can increase the lesions.use of atarax 25 mg at night.antibiotic twice daily.painkiller twice daily and application of moisteriser and mild steriod can help in this condition
