Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

Faceclin gel contains clindamycin 1% in a gel base. It is a topical antibacterial, antiinflammatory gel. You could use it once daily during the day time.

I would suggest that you use a topical benzoyl peroxide gel for night time application. It is antibacterial, antiinflammatory as well as keratolytic.

A course of oral antibiotics e.g Azithromycin or Doxycycline may be required if the lesions are inflammatory.

I would suggest the you visit a nearby dermatologist for a proper assessment and prescription for antiacne medicines

regards
