hai sir good morning.....i heard that if we use betnovite cream skin is very good looking... i am thinking to use please give me ur suggesation for to become fair and now a day i am getting small small block color like bubbles.....how to overcome this please help me

I can make out that you wantr to use betnovate for fairness or getting glow on face.


Betnovate contains Topical steroid called as betamethasone. These are potentially known to cause side effects on long term or in short term as are strong steroids. The injudicious use can cause thinning of skin with visible blood vessels with rashes.

I suggest you to not to use any of these products as can cause serious side effect and then dependence which are called as steroid dependence and abuse.
