Will Unprotected Sex During Menstrual Cycle Lead To Pregnancy?

Hello, I had unprotected sex on 6th of November and it was 2nd day of my mentural cycle. I did take a morning after pill on 8th noon. I got brown/ light spotting exactly one month cycle later on the 4th of December. It's been almost 2 months now and I still have not gotten my periods. The pregnancy home tests and transvaginal ultrasound gave negative results. Now I am travelling for a week in 3 days. Is it possible that I take any medicine to get down immediately so my vacation is not ruined and I don't know if I'm pregnant or not as I read that sometimes early pregnancy cannot be traced .. please suggest what to do. Thank you.

I understand your concern
Pregnancy is not possible as you did sex 2 days after sex and it is completely safe period of cycle. Again urine pregnancy tests and USG was negative, rule out pregnancy.
You have develop hormonal imbalance and cause no period from last 2 months.
Sorry to say that no medicine will induce period in next 3 days.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and take proper treatment.
Doctor will give
Progesterone pill 5 mg twice daily for 5 days.
Period will come with in week after stopping pill.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
