Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your liver enzymes level are slightly increased. Level of SGPT increase in liver damage. It can be due to viral infection, alcohol, drugs, toxin or fatty liver. You should go for ultrasound abdomen and complete liver function test including hepatitis test. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Till that you should take low fat diet. Avoid alcohol.

Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
