Will The Use Of Meftal Spas Help In Pregnancy?

v are trying to concieve since the last seven months
Each month I get severe abdominal cramps about ten days before my periods.
The doctor has prescribed me meftal spas (SOS). Will this help in pregnancy.
I also eat follicacid tablets daily

meftal spas wont help you to get pregnant.
if you have severe pain its better to take ultrasonogram pelvis to look ur uterus,ovaries for choclate cysts and follicular study to monitar ovulation.
check your FSH,LH,THYRROID,PROLACTIN LEVELS also.
consult an infertility specialist.
