Will The Specialist Repair Hemorrhoids While Doing Colonoscopy?

I have hemorrhoids, I suppose considered internal--they don't extend outside opening. I am due for a colonoscopy. Would the specialist ever take action to repair the hemorrhoids at the same time as the colonoscopy? Minimal discomfort from the H, frequent itching, sometimes blood on the TP.

Colonoscopy is just a diagnostic test which can be done
even in out patient set up. However, treatment for hemorrhoids
includes planned surgical management.
