General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Well, 5 weeks is enough time for totally recovery if you hadn't suffer any damage from this fall.
I suggest to consult a neurologist and get examined in order to exclude any possible damage.A complete physical examination including a detailed neurological examination is needed.
I also suggest to have a MRI or CT scan of the head done.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care
