Now whatever drugs you have taken, majority are not tested well in human. So there is a chance of fetus being affected and they can cause chromosomal anomalies.
If you ask that what are the chances?
Than true answer is no one knows.
Because there is no controled study available or done in past for these drugs. Like Myoril has shown adverse effect in fetus in animal than there is no role by doing its study in human. There may be adverse effect, there may not. No one knows exactly. But yes, there is a chance of getting chromosomal anomalies if have taken in early pregnancy.
