Will The Follicle Burst Before Next Periods?

Hello Doctor, I was taking clomid 50mg and now done with scanning. It shows 2 cysts in the left ovary and 1 follicle in the right ovary of size 27×26 mm and the endometrium size is 10 mm. It's 27th day of cycle. Will the follicle burst before next periods? Can I get pregnant? Please help.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Late maturity & lac of bursting as late as 27th day of menses, denotes hormonal imbalance.
- It can burst any time in case of irregular periods. A period with burst follicle is normal. / It may remain in ovary without rupturing to cause PCOD.
A fully mature follicle,not ruptured- can be helped by inj HCG ( Pubergen ) as per gynecologist's advise. & once it ruptures( ovulation)- chances of pregnancy are there.
