Will The Fever Have Effect On Baby During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor,
I am 32 weeks pregnant and suffering from fever from last 5 days.
I did Urine Infection test but there is no any infection.
Doctor has asked me to take dolo-650 but I am getting fever and temperature is in between 99 to 102 F.
I have concern whether this fever will have effect on my baby?

Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
Fever is important in first and second trimesters till 28 weeks.when growth of the baby is at its peek. Later in pregnancy, when your baby is fully formed and it's just a question of the baby getting bigger, fever isn't that much of a problem, unless it's caused by an intrauterine infection. To be safe, give your doctor a call if you have a fever that doesn't seem to be related to an illness.Thank you.
