Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Your doctor's word is exactly true. Your VDRL became nonreactive following treatment and TPHA is still reactive indicates that you had been cured from Syphilis. Even after cure of Syphilis, TPHA is likely to remain positive for ever. It is like a scar following a complete healing of a wound. It does not indicate any further treatment. But it is very difficult for you to take the job at UAE as the immigration authorities would not accept this reactive test.
