Dear sir

Thyronorm contains thyroid harmones which is taken for hypothyroidism

Aten contains atenolol which is a betablocker given for control of heart rate and blood pressure.

These two have totally different functions and can be taken .

Secondly after taking hot water bath there will be down pacing of heart, which causes slow heart rate. so patient may experience episode of syncope.

check for blood pressure and heart rate, review medications. you can go for calcium channel blockers.

Thanks
