Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would recommend performing pulmonary function tests to investigate for a possible lung disorder or obstruction, which can coexist with narcolepsy.

A cardiac ultrasound is also necessary to examine your heart function and structure.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
