Hi,

Usually, ulcer is associated with nausea. I'd suggest to continue pantoprazole and to start antiacids.

Meanwhile, I'd suggest to:
- eat often and small portions and slowly
- it is great that you are avoiding fatty foods
- you should also avoid carbonated, citrus, sugary foods
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- take 2 more pillows when sleeping at night
- drink more water

At the end, keep following up with your GI specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
