Will Taking Zapain Causes Any Effect On Body Sperm?
I have been prescribed zapain by my doctor due to having diarrhoea for the last 3 weeks. The notes with the medicine say you should notify your doctor if you are trying for a baby. In 10 days time I am going into hospital for a sperm retrieval operation in order to be able to undergo assisted conception. It is Sunday so I cant phone my doctor. Is it ok to take Zapain or does it effect sperm? I am a 31 year old male. I have obstructive azoospermia.

Zapain contains a drug called Codeine which comes into Narcotic class . Long term use ( more than 2 week ) has bad effect on your Sperm count and motility . I advise you to stop it . You can take Redotil cap instead of that .
