I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. 1] Please do not worry. 2] Pantoprazole is safe medicine during lactation. 3] I will suggest small frequent feeds, avoiding deep fried foods, bakery products, spicy foods. this will help reduce acidity. 4] Please indulge in a healthy diet and exercise regime. 5] This will help in reducing acidity and need of daily pantocid medication. 6] As you have rightly said Dezacor is asteroidal anti inflammatory medicine; it is usually not advised for lactating mother.
