Will Taking AKT 4 Medication Be Safe For Lymphatic Tuberculosis?

hello doctor i am diagnosed as lymphatic tuberculosis and put on AKT 4 medication for 8 months later after 2 months gap again cervical tuberculosis developed for which i am on medication since 1 and half month. current medication is RCNEX 600mg, 0 - 0 - 1 , PYZINA 750 mg - 0 - 0 - 2, COMBUTAL 600 mg 0 - 0 - 2, now my problem is that i am getting headache at the back, inflamation in eyes and anal region, feel like frequent bowl, all these symptoms subsiding gradually in the evening daily. please advice whether all these symptoms are side effects of medication?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, all these are side effects of anti tubercular drugs you are taking.
So better to take antacid (proton pump inhibitors) before anti tubercular drugs.
Also take multivitamin tablets containing folic acid, vitamin b 12, riboflavin and pyridoxine.
Don't worry, you will be alright with these new drugs. These side effects will subside.
