Will swallowing listermint cause lymphoma ?

My wife had a drinking problem. Before retirement I traveled a lot and was away from home about 20 days/mo. She was a Realtor. After retiring I realized she was swallowing Listermint to comaflage the booz on her breath . This had probably been going on for years. I knew she was drinking too much, but had no idea it was as bad as it was. After over 40 yrs of wonderful marriage I left her because of the drinking. We did work it out and things got much better, with only an occassional relapse . She is now 66 and in Jan of this year she was dianoised with lymphoma and has a LARGE tumor on her liver . It is \

Not sure what you wanted to ask, whatever has happened is past cant be reverted back, all you can do is act in current and control future.
Just provide her your moral support and , I ma sure if you had wonderful marriage for 40 year your heart wont allow you to leave her at this point of time.

Kindly give her all the support, as she would need you in this hard time. No sure hat you want us to help you with but it would be wise to get her into a program to stop drinking alcohol. Let hr get seen by an Oncologist and decide prognosis with surgery and/or medication.
