My semen analysis test report is Amount -1.5 ml Reaction - alkaline Liquification time - 40 minutes Total sperm count - 23 million/ml Active motile - 45% Sluggish motile - 20% Dead - 35% Morphology normal - 75% Abnormal - 25% Pus cells - 16-20/HPF RBC - 1-3/HPF Is there any problem with my report to make my wife impregnant if yes please suggest remedy

Hi dear...I have gone through your sperm analysis report....the amount of sperm is just adequate, and sperm count is not too low either. All the rest seem fine to me....
Your report seems fine.
Take a good diet.... vitamins are present in your good diet( you really dont need supplements), good to moderate exercise and good sleep.
You seem fine.You should be able to impregnate your wife.
