Will Multivitamin Cause Brown Color Urine?

I took tumeric in pull form before eating on an empty stomach slong with
A multivitamin I got brown urine and the second time I peed it was still
Brown and want to know can tumeric cause this. Also I have a lower back
Pain muscle spasm that occurred this morning as well. Am I in serious condition here?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I would say that multivitamin can cause the changing color of urine and this may stain the urine with crimson yellow color and this is not the serious condition but still better to get the test done for urine, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
