Hey... Iam masturbating since from long time.I generally masturbate in alternate days or in a gap between 2-3 days... Symptoms... My hands are shaken slightly everytime.... My semen is discharge whenever I saw any vulgar image accidentally or if I saw any anything censored!! Health is going down...! And I forgot things easily..... Lack of concentration!; Right now iam taking ashwagandha medicine which is ayurvedic! Please tell me the way how to make my sperm healthy and recover from masturbation effect!!

Yes excess of it may cause problems at times as it leads to energy loss and make you feel lethargic and dizzy. Need not to worry. You should take diet rich in multivitamins and drink plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to gradually phase it out by decreasing the frequency and divert your attention from it and its thoughts.
