Will Marijuana Cause Any Dangerous Side Effects?

Can smoking marijuana once or twice a month have any dangerous effects on my bicuspic aortic valve. I have no stenosis or thickening of aorta or heart. Im currently on high blood pressure medicine however bc im 17, not overweight and my bp is around 160/85 off the med. on the Med its around 135/75.
