Will Levofloxacin Help Cure Fever, Chills And Flu Caused By H. Pylori?

looks like i have h pyloris and the doctor gave me lansopr/amox mis /clarith for 14 days but the first day i took it i got really sick with fever, chills had to go to emergency, where they did blood work again and the doctor at the emergency said i might have another infection or was getting the flu so he gave me levofloxacin & metronidazol for 10 days.. i am confused now with all this medication and 2 yrs ago had a colonoscopy and had divertucolosis so do you think that the fever and chills i had were do to that

ur doctor treatment is absolutely correct, u have a second infection n need to stick to the treatment. diverticuolosis is nothing to do with this episode of fever. eradication of H pylori demands longer duration of treatment, i insist u to continue the h pylori treatment, furthermore metronidazole is also one of the drug for H pylori....
