Will Lamentec 100 Dt Cause Harm To The Fetus ?

im 6 month pregnant with epilepsy trouble . im on lametec 100 dt with no episode of an attack in last 2 and half years. should i reduce the dose to prevent the side effects in pregnancy . my weight has jumped from 79 kgs pre pregnancy to 86 kgs now. i was on 75mg lametec till first tremester of pregnancy. kindly advise
