Will Kidney Stent Cause The Labor To Be Early?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and had a kidney stent put in four days ago. I ve been spotting slightly and continuous pain from the stent. Spotting is not from my urethra. I m concerned if this is normal. I m feeling slightly better and was wondering if swimming would be ok. Will the pain from my stent cause me to go into labor early? Should I ask for either the stent to be removed or for the baby to be born early? I m a csection only.

As u r already 34 wks v should try to push through another 3 to 4 wks max..... sent in situ is a better option... u should be on mild antibiotics tat will prevent infection.urinary infection wen happening repeatedly can push u to labour but the scent perse will not. Jus keep drinking lot of fluids n avoid infections..swimming s no contraindication as far as u can comfortably swim without exerting much
