Will It Be Safe To Take Pacitane 3 Times Daily For Having Early Parkinson's Disease?

My wife, 35 years age having an early parkinson disease, she is taking pacitane tablet 3 times daily, with pramifex .5 mgs 3 times daily and levera 500 mg. two times daily, zenoxa 450 two times daily, she is saying that she has sleeping mood all the time,pls suggest me is it correct dose to take

You can take pacitane three times in a day.

Trihexpenidyl is an antimuscarinic agent that acts specifically on M1 receptor and possibly on dopamine receptor. It is used in the symptomatic management of Parkinson’s disease, especially in patients with severe tremor.

Initial, 1 mg single dose.

maintenance, 6-10 mg/d in divided doses tid-qid; increase dose by 2 mg increments every 3-5 d. Maximum, 15 mg/d

Used as an adjunct, in combination with Levodopa
Doses >10 mg/d must be divided qid.

Drowsiness due to tab. Levera and tab. Xenoxa. If you're wife feeling drowsy please consult neuro physicians for change of medicine.
