Will It Be Safe To Drink Alcohol After Taking Paracetamol And Codeine For Migraine?

Hi i have been taking paracetamol & codeine today for a migraine. I had 3 doses today, every 4 hours & my last dose was at 5pm. I am going out later to celebrate a friend s birthday. Will it be safe to drink alcohol as long as i dont take any more tablets? Thanks

Yes, it would be safe to drink alcohol at your friend's birthday party, after having taken paracetamol and codeine earlier in the day. However, I would advise you to take moderate amounts and not a heavy drink.

There is however, a possibility that your migraine headache may worsen whn you wake up the next day!
