Will Intravenous Immunoglobulin Injection Help Increase Platelet Count?
my daughter 9 years old is suffering from acute itp. she has ben given intravenous immunoglobulin injection and this is helping her platelets to rise. at her last cbc her platelet rose to 22000. now she is at home , so what precautions should i take,in terms of food and other things till her platelets come ithin the normal range
