Will I Reinfected With Chlamydia?

Hi, I was diagnosed with chlamydia a few weeks ago. I took the tablets to cure yesterday. This week I m working away and a guy I used to see knew I was in his city and asked if I d meet up with him. I did and one thing lead to another. I told him I had chlamydia so he said ok we won t have anal sex, but he wanted to suck my penis. I let him. He said he s going to go get the tablet from a shop for himself now but I want to know am I going to be reinfected? He had NO stds what so ever. Thanks

Hi, thank you for asking healthcare magic
I understand your concerns

It is possible for chlamydia to be transmitted through oral sex. But with this presentation, the chances of you reinfecting yourself are minimal since the bacteria is not found in saliva, but the chances of you infecting him could be relatively high. He might need to take some treatment.

I hope that answers your query
I wish you well
