Hello and welcome to HCM,
The history given by you suggests that you are probably suffering from telogen effluvium.
Telogen effluvium is a condition when hair roots enter the resting phase and thereafter shed from scalp.
A normal hair has various stages.
Analgen is the growing phase followed by resting phase called telogen.
The hair is shed once it enters the resting phase or the telogen.
Conditions like stress, surgery, fever etc can abruptly lead to hair entering the resting phase and thus fall off.
In your case, probably the dengue fever has caused the hair to enter the resting phase and hence there is hair fall.
This phase of hair fall may last for few months after which the hair fall will stop.
Till then maintain good nutrition.

Thanks and take care
