Hi i m a nutritionist i just want to know what are the side effects of eating stale food especially rice during pregnancy . Indian housewives tend to adapt the habit of eating stale food to avoid the wastage of leftover how does it effects the health.

it is obvious that stale food has low nutritive value but the important thing is if pregnant mother gets diarrhea or food poisoning than issue becomes serious. many drugs used in diarrhea is not indicated in pregnancy.
