Will Chest X-ray Causes Any Harm To The Fetus?
My daughter had a chest x-ray and two chest ct scans, one needle biopsy by ct. She just found out she was pregnant when she had this procedures done. She was shielded during the x-rays. This was done between 5 and 10 weeks gestation. Will there be any effect of the developing fetus?

1) Yes chest X-ray might harm fetus.
2) Shielding will prevent it. Please get an ultrasound scan on 12th and 20 th week and mention this to doctor performing scan
