Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hi

I read carefully all your concerns and I would like to say that you need further evaluation like
-fecal analysis(coproculture, ova , parasites, leucocytes, occult blood)
- blood work
- abdominal ultrasound
-colonoscopy.
You suffer from chronic diarrhea and the main culprit are:
1.malabsorbtion
2.inflamatory bowel disease
3.parasitary infection
You need a specialized physical examination.
So I would recommend to consult gastroenterologist.

Wishing you health
