Will Aspirin Help To Increase The Blood Flow To My Uterus?
Hello I am in the process of receiving frozen embryos next week, currently on Primogyn on day 3 preparing my uterine lining to receive the frozen embryos on Mon 3/9 (if all goes well and the thickness of lining is suitable)...my clinic did not mention taking baby aspirin in addition, should I take it to increase the blood flow to my uterus?

You can take Tab. baby aspirin now . This improves the blood flow to the inner lining of uterus, This is what is needed !!
The inner lining of uterus has be > 8 mm for a successful implantation of embryo
