Gud morning doctor,my husband is working on a cruise ship, this is his third time renewing his contract, as s.o.p. he undergone his medical, as of today the result was he had apical densities on both lungs, he smokes a lot, but on his previous medical result everything is clear, pls help us understand what it means and how can we possibly immediately cure his cnditions as he is the only bread winner of the family,i pray it wont hinder his europe contract, thank you very much
