Will A Stillborn Baby With ANA, Swollen Joints, Protein In Urine And Mouth Sores Die Suddenly ?

My granddaughter was 8 months pregnant. Had a stillborn baby poititive ANA. Has had swollen joints in knees, protein in urine, mouth sores, rash on hands in past. We are thinking Lupus. She is 19. We are wondering if this could cause the baby to suddenly die. Ultra sound seemed ok prior

The cause of stillborn baby is not the systemic lupus erythoma the cause may be some different aetiology hence to know exact pathology complete Skript will be option ok
