hi i am starting my first birth control pill tonight if i have unprotected sex now will i get pregnant or will tonights pill cover for it hi, i am taking my first birth control pill tonight. if i have unprotected sex now, will i get pregnant or will tonight s pill cover for it? ive never taken birth control before.
