Will Zocor, Toprol And Apidex Cause Adverse Reaction?

Hi I am a 40 y/o female who weighs 157 pds, I am five foot two and i recently went to a weight loss clinic where they wanted to prescribe me Apidex (An appetite suppressant) 37 mg. Anyways i am currently taking toprol xl for high blood pressure andd zocor for high cholesterol. Would this medication have an adverse reaction with my high blood pressure medication? Or should i abstain from it all together?
Thank you,

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM.
Apidex does not have any interaction with either Toprol XL or Zocor and therefore will not affect your blood pressure.Apidex can be safely be used along with these meds and you can continue using them. All three medications are relatively safe and do not have much side effects.Hope this answers your query.
