Will I Conceive After Taking Microgynon Ed And Ferrous Fumerate Pills?

hi i am 25 years old and i dont see my period every month as it is to be and i have been trying to get pregnant for a long time so my docter recomend that i use microgynon ed and ferrous fumarate family planning pills so that it will come regular and he also sed with in that three months i will get pregnant so i was wondering if that will realy happen
