hi I have the following summary from my Gynae but I dont understand what it means can you help me? -Bulky right ovarian tube,right ovarian cyst with?dilated right fallopian tube with minimal free fluid in pelvis ?PID. -And can I conceive have been failing for the past 14mnths.

yes , it is possible. you should have diagnostic laparoscopy procedure to deterimen the actual condition of the tubes, Also the adhesions or the blocked tubes can be repaired while same time which will improve the chances of pregnancy.
